The glassware sold in this store is for one-time sale only;
After order completion and delivery, it does not constitute a long-term or continuous service relationship;
Except for after-sales support expressly stated in these Terms, we do not provide continuous or extended service obligations.

II. Product Description
All glassware is brand new (unless otherwise specified);
Product materials (such as high borosilicate glass), capacity, and specifications are subject to the product details page;
Due to different shooting or display devices, product colors may vary slightly; the actual product shall prevail.

III. Orders and Payment
The order becomes effective after the buyer submits the order and completes payment;
Orders that are not paid for within the specified time may be automatically cancelled;
All prices and fees are subject to the order settlement page.

IV. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship the goods within the agreed time after receiving payment;
Delivery time varies depending on the region;
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, logistics delays, etc.).

V. After-Sales Service
We provide limited after-sales support (such as handling quality issues);
After-sales service is limited to reasonable returns, exchanges, or problem handling, and does not constitute a continuous service commitment;

Glass cups are fragile items, please use and store them properly;
The buyer shall bear the responsibility for damage caused by improper use (such as sudden temperature changes, drops, etc.);
