REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing mobileimage.us glass products! To enhance your shopping experience, we offer flexible return services. Please read the following terms carefully before applying:

I. Return Period
Buyers may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods; Return applications will not be supported after this period.

II. Return Conditions

To apply for a return, the following basic requirements must be met:

The product must be in good overall condition (no serious damage or missing items);
The original packaging should be retained as much as possible (complete perfection is not mandatory); Valid order information must be provided.

III. Opened Return Instructions (Important)
To improve user experience, returns are supported after opening;
Even if the product has been opened for inspection or trial, a return can still be applied for provided it does not affect recycling;
If the product has obvious damage, serious scratches, or is intentionally damaged, it may affect the refund or result in rejection.

IV. Returns Due to Quality Issues

Returns or exchanges are accepted for goods with the following conditions:

  • Damage, cracks, or chips
  • Serious defects or discrepancies with the description
  • Please provide photos or videos as proof within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Upon confirmation, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

V. Returns for Non-Quality Issues

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unsuitability):
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • If the goods have been opened, the seller has the right to charge a processing fee (e.g., 5%–15%) based on the actual situation.
